Job Title: Volleyball Coach (Girls U11/U12/U13 Team)

About Us: Blue Blaze is a newly established volleyball club dedicated to fostering young athletes' development in a positive and supportive environment. Our mission is to teach fundamental volleyball skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship while ensuring a fun and engaging experience for all players.

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Volleyball Coach to lead our Girls Under-11, Under-12, Under-13 team. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with young athletes, patient, and committed to skill development and character building. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to create a structured yet enjoyable learning experience for the players.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct engaging and age-appropriate volleyball training sessions.

• Teach fundamental skills, game strategies, and teamwork in a fun and encouraging manner.

• Provide individual and team instruction to enhance skill development and confidence.

• Foster a positive and inclusive team environment that emphasizes respect, sportsmanship, and effort.

• Communicate effectively with players, parents, and club staff regarding schedules, expectations, and progress.

• Ensure the safety and well-being of all players during practices and games.

• Assist in organizing and coaching games, tournaments, and other team events.

• Support and uphold the club’s values, mission, and coaching philosophy.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Prior coaching experience, especially with youth athletes, is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of volleyball fundamentals, rules, and coaching techniques.

• Ability to connect with and motivate young athletes.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Patient, energetic, and committed to player development.

• Must pass a background check and comply with club safety policies.

• Availability for practices, games, and weekend tournaments.
